I have a volvo s40 and the wheels get very dirty with break dust. They are dificult to clean because they have many spokes. Is there any chemical I can use to clean them off and keep it off. I tried armoral and it didn’t work very well.

I’m looking for any product or a homemade one. The junk on the rims is so nasty and it’s very hard to get it all off. I’ve used some kind of spray before and an SOS pad which works, but takes FOREVER!!!

I have to clean my rims like every 3 days how do i minimize or reduce the amount of brake dust that gets on them is there some kinda brake cover or chemical i can buy?

The wheels on my ‘76 Pontiac are cast iron; two years ago they were clean, but since the car has become a daily driver they’re now dark grey. What’s an effective way of cleaning the brake dust and other dirt off the wheels without damaging the tires?

i have some new chrome rims sitting in my room on top of a box which are collecting some dust, can this harm them in any way or should i clean them, im guessing water and a microfiber would be sufficient if needed ?

What is the best way to remove baked on brake dust from painted factory alloy wheels? I am talking about baked brown brake dust. I have used EAGLE ONE wheel cleaner and scrubbed it with a brush, which helped but there has to be something better that will remove it yet not affect the wheels finish.
Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.

I have a build up of brake dust on my alloy rims. Since I didn’t take care of it right away its kind of difficult to get off. Any suggestions of an easier way?
