Cant get 8225 tires anymore. Can I change the rims and use a different tire that is available?

Im Going To Dive To New York From Florida This New Years And I Have 22inch Black/chrome Rims On A Dodge Magnum?
and if it is snowing will this mess my rims up i will be there a week at most my rims are mostlty black but have a thick chrome lip Thx
